Located in Robinson Township, just 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh International Airport, quietly nestled between Campbells Run Road and Rt. 60 and right up the road from the NEW MARKET DISTRICT.
We have 176 one, two and three bedroom garden style units accompanied by a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court for the pleasure of residents.
McKenzie Place was built in the late 1980's and was once farm land. In recent years McKenzie Place has undergone major improvements to maintain a quality community for all residents and their guests.
Condo living comes with some commitment to your neighbors, and it's not for everyone. For many long time residents here, it's great.

There is an "Owners Only" tab for you to check out all the recent updates, meeting minutes and developments at McKenzie Place. You will need a password which you can get from Elite Management if you have forgotten it.
Your board members' decisions affect our community. Build positive relationships with your neighbors and board members that will influence the direction of our community, and if you have specialized expertise, we welcome you to volunteer time in areas that will help improve our community.
Some owners chose "condo living" without learning all the implications of it, common issues that face all condominium properties, and understanding the governing documents before they invested in a condominium home. You can educate yourself by visitng the PA Condo Law web site . "Condo living" is not for everyone. For most of us -- it's great!
