Verizon FiOS is coming to McKenzie Place. Work has begun on our property and is scheduled for completion towards the end of October.
No one is required to change from their existing service providers -- however, if you have been considering it, now is a good time to put some thought into looking at any contract with service providers you have now, or are considering, to avoid any early termination fees. Bundle Pricing for our community is not yet known -- and, certainly that is a very important factor.
More information will be available as we receive it.
Community members who complete the Survey will be entered in a drawing to win a $50.00 Gift Card to Damon's Grill (previously Pittsburgh Chophouse/Red Bull Inn). Drawing will occur shortly after September 15. So, encourage your neighbors to complete the survey -- it will take less than 2 minutes!
The on-line survey is available here, to learn from our owners/residents how many may be interested. Survey will be available until September 15. Results will be shared in aggregate -- individual responses are unavailable by unit number -- the survey only tells us what units didn't respond.
As of 4:00 p.m. September 3 -- 13% of our community has responded -- (yay! -- keep sharing with your neighbors) and the responses are very thoughtful. If you have a neighbor who doesn't have internet access, you are welcome to be helpful and respond for them -- add your unit number after theirs in the survey. If they would prefer to fill out a private paper survey, we will be glad to provide it. Everyone's needs are different. Responses from those who don't have interest in Verizon FiOS are equally important.
